The Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) team plays an essential role in translating Microsoft’s Commercial Strategy to a local execution plan and driving operational excellence to achieve the greatest results possible. Our team drives cross-Region, cross-Area and cross-Subsidiary insight and execution excellence, bringing strategy and priorities to life by accelerating the pace of transformation and enabling Microsoft to deliver business impact at scale.
Sales Operations Specialist will provide business insights to accelerate performance across solution areas and support the Rhythm of Business (RoB). The role will drive the adoption of Global Sales Operations Center (GSOC) services, standardize processes, and enhance sales productivity. Additionally, the rolle will manage segmentation and territory planning, distribute quotas and metrics, and identify training needs; it will also promote diversity and inclusion by living Microsoft's values and ensuring compliance with the Trust Code.
This is a fixed-term contract, up to 50% work from home.
