Program Manager, Environmental Health and Safety

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 1 year of program management experience.
  
• Experience with Environmental, Health and Safety.
• Experience with stakeholder management.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
• Certification in Certified Safety Professionals (CSP) or equivalent.
• Ability in collaboration, project management and communication skills.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Google Data Centers (GDC) makes up one of the largest computing infrastructures on the planet. It has built an effective Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) program to scale compliance and safety excellence in the design, construction, commissioning, deployment and operations of data centers.

• Collaborate on maintaining PMO standards and project governance.
• Develop and manage projects with support from executive team members.
• Track and report on project progress and improve project management processes.
• Provide training and support to project managers to ensure projects meet the required quality standards.
• Own content for assigned templates business reporting decks.
