Lucidworks is leading digital transformation for some of the world's biggest retailers, financial services firms, manufacturers, and B2B commerce organizations. We believe that the core to a great digital experience starts with search and browse. Our Deep Learning technology captures user behavior and utilizes machine learning to connect people with the products, content, and information they need. Brands including Crate & Barrel, Lenovo, Red Hat, and Cisco Systems rely on Lucidworks' suite of products to power commerce, customer service, and workplace applications that delight customers and empower employees. Lucidworks believes in the power of diversity and inclusion to help us do our best work. We are an Equal Opportunity employer and welcome talent across a full range of backgrounds, orientation, origin, and identity in an inclusive and non-discriminatory way.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Product team who will be responsible for managing, shaping (and delivering!) the future of our Lucidworks AI product line. This role reports to the VP of Product and our ideal candidate will be someone who can set and execute upon an AI strategy and roadmap, dive deep with engineering to understand technical challenges and constraints, work with client success to understand current client pain points and work with sales to grow the business.

This person will be as talented at execution and follow-through as they are at communication, analysis, and discovery, ensuring that product plans are delivered on time and meet the needs of our clients. Recognizing that a product manager is more effective at leading through persuasion than decree, this individual is an expert in artful communication across functional roles, teams, and personalities to influence company trajectory. Furthermore, the ideal candidate should be just as comfortable discussing products internally as they are with external partners and current or prospective clients.
