The Amazon Global Selling organization in the EU enables Sellers to leverage Amazon's scale and infrastructure to start selling internationally (e.g., UK to US). This role, based in London, will work closely with teams in the UK, Germany, Luxembourg, and in the US.
The role:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager as part of our UK Global Selling organization. This role is instrumental in scaling international selling for UK-based Sellers on a self-service basis, i.e., the Seller does not receive direct account management support from an Amazon associate. The Marketing Manager will focus on developing and implementing strategies to enhance the Global Selling experience for UK-based Selling Partners (SPs), guiding them through international expansion opportunities with Amazon.
Key job responsibilities
Strategy and innovation:
• Devise and execute innovative strategies aligning with our UK SSR plans across three core pillars.
• For that, you will lead initiatives to: 1) increase awareness of Global Selling among UK SPs, 2) provide SPs with relevant information and resources to be successful on Amazon, and 3) elevate the SP experience by addressing key friction points.
Collaboration:
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to remove barriers for Sellers, simplify processes, and automate systems for scalability.
Analytical and program management:
• Utilize data-driven insights to develop business plans for UK Seller population and revenue growth.
• Spearhead deep dives into Seller experiences, identifying success drivers and blockers, and devising scalable solutions.
Communication and influence:
• Exhibit strong communication skills to lead executive interactions and influence a broad set of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate extensively with global partners to advocate for UK Seller-centric solutions in products and processes.

Your daily work includes:
• Developing expertise in business insights for the owned Seller cohort, including drivers and challenges.
• Collaborating with local and global partners to represent the UK Seller voice and drive program and product changes.
• Balancing the growth of the Seller base with quality, focusing on scalable and mass-applicable solutions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent- Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level
- Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent
