Senior Engineer. At Pleo, our Senior Engineers play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence within teams. What does that mean? While working closely within the AI Enablement team, you’ll spend a good portion of your time coding and hands-on problem-solving, helping to sprinkle intelligence (through Large Language Models, Machine Learning, etc.) to improve features and products across the Pleo platform. You will build technology that enables other product teams in the company to apply large language models to their problem spaces to better serve our customers.
As a Senior Engineer, you will also contribute by taking ownership of key projects and components, mentoring junior engineers, and fostering a culture of collaboration. You’ll have a significant role in improving the scalability, performance, and robustness of our platform, and will collaborate closely with product teams to deliver impactful solutions.
We’re looking for people who others can look up to for technical expertise and leadership. You’ll help set the technical direction for the team, ensuring best practices in both code and culture.
