We are a high performing team supporting Apple’s Delivery & Fulfillment initiatives and representing the future of digital retail. This role will require significant partnership with teams across Apple, including Apple Store Online teams, Marketing, Operations, Marcom, Finance, and various Engineering teams. Success in this role will include delivering timely and seamless omni-channel experiences for our customers. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: - Participate in the development of strategies and plans to achieve business goals and deliver amazing customer experiences - Establish and manage the technical product roadmap related to Delivery & Fulfillment, working to ensure alignment across the business needs and technical feasibility - Drive product discovery, requirements, and delivery of new capabilities - Communicate ideas, plans, and program status to partners and leadership

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or a technical degree, or 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • 4+ years Product Management and Project/Program Management experience driving e-commerce or consumer digital experiences
  • Experience with technical details and designs including web technologies, large-scale service architectures, and app platforms
  • Ability to communicate effectively, across all levels of the organization, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences

  • Experience delivering against multi-year experience and capability roadmaps with complex interdependencies
  • Experience using data and insights to design customer-facing programs and capabilities globally

  • Exposure to new technologies like AI, Deep Learning, and their practical applications in digital commerce
  • Ability to challenge conventions and debate solutions to identify the best possible outcome for customers

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $136,300 and $248,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
