As the Registration Program Manager you will be responsible for the registration pipeline for new sellers who register in the Amazon Australia store or expand from other Amazon global stores into Australia. You will lead the strategy for finding efficiencies in our registration funnel and seek ways to improve the seller experience. You will work with central teams to push for improvements and own product roll outs from central teams into AU. The ideal PM should have proven experience in business analysis; enjoy problem solving; be comfortable working with large datasets; able to work across teams and influence stakeholders. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, comfortable working through ambiguity and leading complex initiatives from end to end.

Key job responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the registration pipeline and key blockers for our sellers. With a data-led approach, present recommendations and drive improvements to improve the seller experience.
- Own product launch roll outs from central teams to the AU store with a focus on localisations.
- Work with our Seller Support team to improve registration and identity verification related seller-facing communications.
- Build resources and clear escalation pathways to support local Account Managers to resolve registration blockers.
- Collaborate with the Email Marketing Manager and Content Manager to continuously improve email communications and content at key drop-off points in the funnel and customise for both domestic and out-of-country sellers.
- Deep dive the onboarding experience across our Mobile Seller App and work with central teams to drive improvements.
- Own Seller Central onboarding flow and work with the SSR Manager to drive program adoption for new sellers.
- Lead other key initiatives as related to Identity Verification, Re-verification and Fraud Prevention.

Learn More about Amazon Australia - 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- Bachelor's degree
