As Director of YouTubeβs Trust and Safety (T&S), Business Analytics and Reporting team, you will define the outlook and strategy around business analytics and reporting supporting YouTube Trust and Safety, a global team of content moderators on 4 continents. You will be an expert in analytical and operational leadership, leading a team of data analysts and program managers across 4 global offices.
In this role, you will contribute to the broader YouTube T&S cross-functional team including Operations, Product, Engineering, and Product Operations, fostering a culture of data-driven decision making and continuous improvement within the team. You will drive insights necessary to lead this function as well as operating metrics to ensure consistency, efficiency, and risk control points for compliance.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $246,000-$354,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
