Job Description

The Microsoft Copilot was launched two years ago to address the fundamental shift in how people work, build their career, and find meaning in their workplace.Employee engagement is in flux during times of economic, demographic, societal and AI changes. People want to be excited about their work, be connected to their company culture, understand how to succeed, and feel supported in their careers. The broader horizontals product family is dedicated to helping the employees in their day-to-day work experience by using the power of copilot.   

 

Horizontals is a shared platform and core services team under Viva Employee Experience Organization (EXP) and are a catalyst of growth not just for Viva suite but for entire M365 suite and copilot. The Viva Horizontals team is looking to hire a Software Engineer II - for the Employee self-service agent. It's a flagship MSFT story on building agents in the era of AI shift. Built on top of Microsoft Copilot platform which extends the capability and pushing the boundary of LLM and Agent together. 

  

Planned for announcement by leaders at Ignite in November. We run as a start-up, encouraging team members to share a sense of “founder-ism.” Team members engage directly with core services that power rest of Microsoft’s copilot story across the dimensions.
