We are seeking an experienced marketing professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and has a passion for diving deep into the customer lifecycle; driving strategy, execution, and post event analysis of events.
The Assistant Marketing Manager will develop bar-raising content; drive the strategy and execution of campaigns; and dive deep into post campaign analysis to ensure all activities are delivering against predefined targets. This role will collaborate with stakeholders from across business units and will be responsible for driving campaign metrics.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is energized by a fast-paced and highly entrepreneurial environment. She/he will be comfortable with working in an environment with minimal supervision, and across multiple functions to drive consensus among stakeholders across various teams. Keys to success will be the ability to utilize customer insight and data to develop marketing programs, own topical and high-value events for the categories and design high engagement campaigns. The candidate will be comfortable in analyzing data, gathering actionable conclusions and delivering stretch results in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Creating and executing an end-to-end demand generation strategy. This includes outreach to existing customers.
Working closely with senior stakeholders to develop and drive the on-site strategy
Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships across regional and global stakeholders
Own all key traffic drivers; and own creation of marketing programs, and multiple key traffic drivers, to acquire new customers.
Conceptualize, design and execute onsite, online and offline marketing initiatives to extend awareness
Develop, test, and execute multi-channel marketing plans to drive customer acquisition
Conduct in-depth analyses to determine marketing effectiveness and continuously improve efficiency
Understand and use merchandising and customer-facing metrics to guide decision making.
Meet business goals while ensuring a top-notch customer experience
Own projects with considerable scope and/or complexity with significant impact on customer experience
Learn and be curious and stay on top of key trends - Experience in a marketing role and proficient with analytic tools
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience- Experience working with a Content Management System (e.g. Wordpress, Drupla, Joomla, etc.)
- Experience using integrated campaigns to solve brand/business challenges
