Overview

SolarWinds is transforming our cloud future. This is a pivotal moment in our transformation, converting our customer base to subscription licensing of our flagship software, and acquiring new customers / cross-activating the installed base to our Observability, Service Management, and Database subscription portfolio. We are growing our team of expert technology strategists to deliver against this strategic vision and maintain our marketing commitment to support this transformation.

Position Summary

We are seeking a senior marketing technology manager with experience in managing, implementing, and optimizing the GTM tools to deliver compelling and engaging customer experiences across our marketing and sales programs. In this role, you will work closely with marketing, engineering, and sales stakeholders to drive the global technology strategy, best practices, adoption,n and insights. Your responsibilities will include defining and executing our technology roadmap to unlock new and existing growth channels. You will create new product experiences to attract users, drive key top-of-funnel metrics, and optimize marketing output and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute the strategic agenda for technology, tools, and platforms that support our GTM Sales teams. Lead the cross-functional teams to integrate these technologies with other business systems to streamline workflows, ensure alignment and collaboration on go-to-market strategies, and improve data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with IT, Business Applications, and other departmental leadership to ensure seamless integration and strategic purpose of our tools, from contact acquisition, to sales plays, and pipeline performance
  • Create, manage, and communicate a technology roadmap to align business priorities, secure necessary resources, and deliver on pipeline goals.
  • Identify and implement operational processes to support day-to-day needs, data and platform health analysis, and ongoing optimization.
  • Set objectives, performance metrics, and reporting cadences for program and pipeline insights
  • Stay current on emerging marketing technologies and trends, recommending and implementing new tools as appropriate.
  • Act as a change management champion, ensuring adoption of tools and processes that result in the attainment of KPIs. Educate the greater marketing organization on how to leverage new capabilities to drive their strategy.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in marketing or GTM technology and/or operations, in an Enterprise B2B organization, with a proven track record of transforming, integrating, and deploying technology to support the evolving buying process and supporting GTM methodologies.
  • Comfort and confidence in Outreach.io capabilities, sequences, SDR process, and pipeline metrics.
  • Analytical and conceptual thinker, with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Skilled with strategic design and execution, with demonstrated results and outcomes.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, identify gaps, manage change, manage a product roadmap, optimize, and report on performance
  • Proficiency in organization, prioritization, and attention to detail, with proven ability to manage multiple projects with concurrent timelines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated success in building collaborative relationships. Able to influence the development and execution of key strategies and initiatives.
  • Affinity for a teamwork-oriented culture and demonstrated willingness to roll up sleeves.
  • Experience in 2 or more of the following: Qualified web chat, Outreach, LinkedIn SalesNav, Pendo.
