Project Kuiper is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world. Project Kuiper will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity.

Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing Operations, the Senior Marketing Operations Manager will oversee the development and optimization of our marketing processes and programs. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for mastering our internal approval procedures and operations, streamlining the way the marketing team executes integrated campaigns. Exceptionally organized and technically adept, you will developing comprehensive documentation, coordinate team progress mechanisms, and deliver solutions to track, automate, and manage marketing programs. This role will and be responsible for productivity and efficiency goals, driving scalable improvements across project lifecycle, and developing new solutions for key programs. This is a highly cross-functional role where you will have to partner with and influence global stakeholder groups across marketing, business, and product teams.

As Marketing Operations Leader, you will...
• Design, implement, and refine marketing processes, workflows, and systems related to simplifying and improving marketers’ capability to efficiently and effectively deliver at pace with growth expectations;
• Design and own the marketing launch readiness mechanism to ensure that P0, ensuring that all necessary P0 processes, teams, and deliverables are in place in each new launch country;
• Implement operational improvement and change management initiatives, leveraging technology and automation to improve processes and productivity, and makes recommendations to support a global organization growing at a rapid pace;
• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from conception to completion; Establish project frameworks, timelines, and resource requirements;
• serve as a key liaison between various teams, maintaining clear communication channels and coordinating high-priority projects. Success in this role requires excellence in stakeholder management, diplomatic skills, and the ability to anticipate and address organizational needs before they arise;
• Establish measurement, reporting and process excellence indicators for effective accomplishment of goals in core processes;
• Document systems and processes in shareable workflows, docs, sheets, and slides, to maximize visibility and impact; Develop marketing training frameworks;
• Monitor and track marketing budgets across different categories and vendors, oversee the processing of marketing-related invoices and payments.

• Using data and metrics to drive improvements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; or equivalent work experience
• With budget management, capacity planning and financial reporting


Export Control Requirement:

Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a creative advertising or marketing context
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; or equivalent work experience
- Project management skills with experience in managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience using relevant tools (Smartsheet, Airtable, Excel, etc.) and platforms- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
