**What You’ll Do**
**In this role you will be responsible for the Karlsruhe region and winning the best restaurant partners for Uber Eats. Travelling is required**
- Manage the entire sales process, from identifying potential Restaurant Partners to successfully onboarding them onto the Uber Eats platform.
- Pitch to restaurants both over the phone and in person, effectively communicating the benefits of Uber Eats, including our latest products and initiatives, tailoring your pitch to their specific needs.
- Craft and negotiate terms that create mutually beneficial relationships with our restaurant partners.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth and expansion of Uber Eats in your designated area.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including account managers and operations, to ensure a seamless experience and partner success.
**Basic Requirements**
- First Direct Sales experience with a proven ability to source, negotiate, and close deals.
- Success in building strong partnerships and winning new business, both in person and over the phone.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and self-driven, with the ability to work independently.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a talent for engaging and exciting others.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to stay composed and effective in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to embodying Uber's values in your work, including acting with integrity, striving for continuous improvement, and prioritising the needs of our partners.
