As part of our ongoing dedication to ensuring transparency, compliance, and risk management, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Internal Audit to join our team.
The Director of Internal Audit will be responsible for overseeing and leading the internal audit function within Groupon. Reporting directly to the Chief Accounting Officer and the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors, the Director of Internal Audit will develop and execute a comprehensive internal audit plan, assess the effectiveness of internal controls, and provide recommendations for improvement. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of audit methodologies and best practices.
