We work on the most challenging problems, with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain — and we’re looking for talented people who want to help.

You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. You’ll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. And you’ll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion.

AWS’ Infrastructure Supply Chain & Procurement (ISCaP) works to deliver cutting-edge solutions that invent and simply how we source, build, and sustain our data center supply chains. We are a team of highly-motivated, engaged, and responsive professionals who support the core infrastructure of Amazon business. Come join our team and be a part of history as we deliver results for the largest cloud services company on Earth!

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with broad and deep Supply Chain Experience to join our Supplier Governance team to influence and own long term security outcomes in the AWS Supply Chain. We are looking for an individual that can lead technical initiatives, build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external partners, define and implement repeatable processes, and deliver results against the AWS supply chain security landscape.

As a Senior Supply Chain TPM, you will be a thought leader in AWS Supply Chain and will work cross functionally with security engineers, operations, software developers, program managers, and business leaders to identify, scope, and deliver end-to-end projects with a focus on supply chain security. You will help craft new concepts to integrate into our supply chain to improve the overall visibility and validation, developing the secure supply chain of the future. You will be comfortable working cross functions and dealing with ambiguous requirements. You will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus efforts to deliver them in a successful and timely manner. Success in this role requires being right a lot, making judgment calls, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical skills and leadership.
