Individuals in this role are primarily responsible for the timely and successful creation and/or delivery of training programs to new hires on platforms, products, services, or topics. In order to be effective, they must possess a deep understanding of the business, ability to assess training needs, and prior experience to enable them to deeply understand & relate to the role, and the audiences they train. The ideal candidate creates an optimal adult learning environment (both in person and virtually) that prepares CSAs to succeed in their roles. They should be able to utilize the most effective training techniques to engage CSAs and manage learning sessions.

** This particular role is responsible for a german-speaking audience, all content delivery, coaching, stakeholder management is expected to be in German. Some of the interviews will also be conducted in German**

Key job responsibilities
- Assimilating training materials, bridge any gaps between understanding and execution, and facilitate learning in the classroom by organizing and presenting material in a way that is optimal for the target skill or knowledge transferred.
- Delivering blended learning and training programs (instructor led training and eLearning) to new hires, new skills (cross skill training), continuing learning, and refreshers as necessary.
- Remaining vigilant as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to identify gaps in knowledge and process, and recommend potential solutions.
- Provide support to New Hires and tenured associates such as Learning Cafes, Learning Tandems (Coaching) and Pit-stops.
- Act as a point of contact with the Training counterparts in Germany and/or global teams for all matters related to DE Stores and CAP Training.
- Additionally, during Peak phase, Trainers will be expected to have an expanded role and will be responsible for:

- End-to-end batch management of more than one batch as a supervisor and not a trainer.
- Managing entire onboarding process for Learning Ambassadors (LAs) and/or Interim Trainers. Facilitate Train the Trainer (TTT), teach back and observation sessions for the aligned LAs.
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field is a must.
- Excellent command of German (written and spoken) - C1 Proficiency or Higher.
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Good command of Arabic (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience in delivering full competency learning activities that focus on developing and growing knowledge, skills and behaviors required to deliver great customer service
- Experience in identifying learning & development needs within an operational environment- German School and/or University Graduate
- Strong German culture experience
- Previous experience in training delivery (2+ years)
