AppZen located in San Jose, is currently seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of Manager FP&A, reporting directly to the Senior Director of FP&A. This role is expected to be in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
As our Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will be a key contributor for the financial operations of our rapidly growing company. You will be responsible for providing financial planning, modeling, forecasting, and business partner support to the FP&A team and overall business. You must be hands-on with a βroll up your sleeves" mentality and should enjoy a fast-paced, start-up environment as well as the demonstrated experience building and scaling financial systems and processes. Equally important to strong financial and business partner skills, the individual will embrace change and the task of creating an infrastructure to support future growth as the Company expands. Particularly important traits and skills include curiosity, intelligence, logical thinking, ability to prioritize, enthusiasm for change.
