Quantbox is a technology-driven proprietary trading firm that specializes in systematic alpha research and electronic market-making on various exchanges. We trade across a multitude of asset classes and trading venues with significant market share and are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join us. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be communicating with experienced traders and developers to understand team dynamics and talent requirements.   You will also be responsible and contribute to the branding of Quantbox through but not limited to initiatives such as campus recruitment and representation to agencies.

• Previous work experience in high frequency trading firms of at least 5 years
