Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 year experience in recruiting or related HR field.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently in order to interact with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
  • Ability to take initiative and be an independent thinker.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to drive and implement ideas in a challenging environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for identifying and engaging talent.

The gReach Program is a 12 months paid upskilling program for industry professionals with disabilities where participants will receive on-the-job-training and work on a range of projects. The goal of the gReach program is to provide participants from underrepresented groups with the opportunity to grow their career as professionals.

  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other online platforms (e.g., job boards, social media, etc.) to source potential candidates for a variety of technical and non-technical roles.
  • Execute effective sourcing strategies to build a strong of qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes and profiles to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate interest and gather preliminary information.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, fostering a positive candidate experience.
