We are looking for someone who develops task ownership and an understanding of features, the customer, and how the customer interacts with and uses the feature. With oversight from others, establishes clarity of the root problem with the customer, ensuring alignment between the market and organizational goals. Learns to define features and learns to partner with teams to connect multiple design factors to desired functionality and product vision. Understands how their own feature roadmap integrates with the general roadmap. Assists in partnering with others to collect performance metrics monitor, report on progress, and derive insights. Helps respond to real-time customer feedback in online portals, with guidance from others.
