Nayya is hiring a Partner Growth Lead who will be responsible for managing and nurturing existing strategic relationships with key carrier partners. This role focuses on developing and executing comprehensive account plans that align Nayya’s solutions with each partner's business objectives, ensuring the continued growth and success of the partnership. The individual will manage ongoing executive alignment, facilitate strategic conversations, and drive key outcomes without relying on program managers.
This position requires a deep understanding of group/health benefits, carrier economics, and relationship management. The Partner Growth Lead will focus on renewing partner contracts, increasing the penetration of Nayya’s solutions across the carrier’s client base, and supporting the business development function in identifying and selling new products to existing partners. Success in this role will be measured by the renewal of partner contracts, expansion of Nayya’s products, and driving long-term strategic growth.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in strategic account management, cultivating executive relationships, and owning the execution of partner-specific plans to achieve measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute detailed strategic account plans for each assigned carrier partner to align Nayya’s solutions with the carrier’s business objectives and drive mutual success.
- Lead executive-level discussions to ensure alignment between Nayya and the carrier, fostering long-term relationships and maintaining a trusted advisor role.
- Drive successful contract renewals, ensuring long-term retention of carrier partnerships by continuously adding value through tailored solutions and strategic guidance.
- Increase the adoption and penetration of Nayya’s products across the carrier’s client base by identifying opportunities to expand the solution footprint within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with the business development team to identify opportunities for selling new products to existing partners and help drive cross-functional alignment on growth strategies.
- Lead and facilitate executive business reviews, preparing presentations and reports that track progress, highlight successes, and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Create and implement annual strategic business plans for each assigned partner, ensuring alignment with their business goals and driving expansion, retention, and long-term partnership success.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging needs, and competitive offerings, ensuring that Nayya’s solutions remain relevant and valuable to the carrier partner.
What You’ll Bring
- 5-8+ years of experience in partner or client management, preferably in a benefits or SaaS environment
- Proven experience in managing and expanding strategic accounts, with a focus on partner retention and growth
- Strong understanding of benefits solutions, carrier economics, and the ability to strategically align offerings with customer needs
- Demonstrated success in renewing contracts and increasing product adoption within existing accounts
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage senior executives and influence key stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize effectively, and drive outcomes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and a consultative approach to managing accounts, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions that meet partner objectives
The salary range for New York based candidates for this role is $155,000-$175,000. We use a location factor to adjust this range for candidates that are located outside of geographic region of our New York office. Placement within the salary band is determined based on experience.
