Director, EMEA Sales Strategic Planning and Operations (SSPO)

The mission of our Sales Strategic Planning and Operations (SSPO) function is to drive efficient revenue growth and product adoption by aligning the business to monetization priorities and transforming our business into a data-driven organization. Meta is seeking a dynamic, experienced Director to lead our EMEA Strategic Planning and Operations (SSPO) team. This leader will be responsible for cross-channel strategic planning and operations across the multi-country EMEA region. This Director will work closely with sales, cross-functional teams, and regional and central SSPO leaders. This role requires them to surface insights, build strategic direction, scale global initiatives and drive last-mile execution. Above all, this Director is a strong organizational leader who can communicate a shared vision with cross-functional leadership and teams, develop a high performing team, and ensure our business can deliver results at scale.
