The Sector Enablement Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful adoption and execution of YouTube's various ad products. You will be responsible for building comprehensive annual programming and seller education frameworks, identifying and addressing gaps in how products are being sold, and ensuring that the sales team has the tools and knowledge necessary for success. The Sector Enablement Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams, sit on Play councils, and drive the business motion to ensure alignment with business objectives and deliver outcomes.
