Job Description

Hybrid

SeatGeek believes live events are powerful experiences that unite humans. With our technological savvy and fan-first attitude we’re simplifying and modernizing the ticketing industry.

Ticketing is a complex, historically opaque industry with a unique set of challenges. At SeatGeek we look to open ticketing with innovative technology, thoughtful interfaces, and an above-all-else focus on our users. SeatGeek is a product-centric organization that prides itself on beating industry competitors through a superior user experience. Our product culture is defined by our high quality bar, a “ship early and often” mindset, and a transparent and autonomous environment.

Make your mark

We’re looking for a curious and product-obsessed graduate who is looking to build a career in Product Management to join SeatGeek and help us achieve our mission to bring fans together to experience more live. As an Associate Product Manager, you'll start by working alongside an experienced Product Manager, before quickly progressing to leading your own initiatives, and partnering directly with a product team. At SeatGeek, we believe in learning by doing and working to create a culture where you are enabled to directly impact our users and business goals from day one.

You'll also have the opportunity to rotate through different areas of SeatGeek, getting exposure to all aspects of a complex multi-sided marketplace and e-commerce business, while growing your skills across products, people, and processes. This is a hybrid work style role (50% of the week) on-site at our corporate office in NYC.

What you'll do

  • Dig into product analytics & drive customer/industry learnings to identify the most impactful opportunity areas & optimizations for your team to focus on
  • Meet & collaborate with internal stakeholders to build trust and align a diverse array of business needs into product priorities
  • Help to define the metrics and KPIs for your team and measure how these improve over time
  • Partner with design and engineering to drive progress through all aspects of the product development process — creating high-quality, easy-to-use experiences that solve real problems, and achieve business goals
  • Write code, both to create prototypes that drive new learnings and as part of commits to our production systems
  • Evangelize the learnings, progress, and impact of your team to stakeholders and the wider business, acting as the ambassador for your product area
  • Meet with mentors and senior leaders to accelerate your personal and professional growth

What you have

  • You’re graduating in Spring 2025 with a degree in Computer Science or related area; or you have designed and built software yourself
  • A record of entrepreneurship or leadership experience, such as creating a company or product, leading a group or completing a product internship
  • Curiosity, you make the time to teach yourself new things
  • You enjoy solving problems, especially when collaborating as part of a team
  • Familiarity with many product development technologies (such as JavaScript, Python, SQL) and tools (such as Looker, Figma, Mixpanel) and interested in learning new ones

Perks

  • Equity stake
  • Flexible work environment, allowing you to work as many days a week in the office as you’d like or 100% remotely
  • A WFH stipend to support your home office setup
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Up to 16 weeks of paid family leave
  • 401(k) matching program
  • Health, vision, dental, and life insurance
  • Up to $25k towards family building services
  • $500 per year for wellness expenses
  • Subscriptions to Headspace (meditation), Headspace Care (therapy), and One Medical
  • $120 per month to spend on tickets to live events
  • Annual subscription to Spotify, Apple Music, or Amazon music

**Please note you are expected to come into the SeatGeek New York City Office at least 3 days a week**

The salary range for this role is $100,000-$115,000. Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, and certifications.
