Our mission is to offer an unparalleled selection of experiences, encompassing not only iconic attractions but also hidden gems in lesser-known destinations.

Our relentless Selection efforts span the entire journey - from defining the types of inventory that will captivate our travelers, to generating leads of passionate suppliers, and converting those leads through dynamic inbound and outbound channels. We are dedicated to activating all newly acquired activities on the marketplace, ensuring every Modern Explorer can find these unforgettable experiences.

You will:

• Lead a team of highly talented individuals.
• Define and implement strategies for targeting and activating our inventory, the cornerstone of our revenue generation.
• Drive the activation process to ensure new inventory generates revenue quickly and effectively.
• Determine what kinds of inventory we want to sell on our marketplace and what we don't.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to optimize inventory performance and activation strategies.
• Conduct data analyses to identify trends and opportunities for inventory growth and activation, engaging with senior-level stakeholders (directors, VPs, and C-level executives).

Who you are:

• You've got 4+ years in management consulting or 7+ years in Operations, Strategy, or Marketing within a high-octane environment, including multi-year people management experience
• You're a natural leader, inspiring and guiding your teams to achieve their best.
• You're a self-starter with killer commercial instincts, always ready to dive into projects with a test-and-learn attitude.
• You're a problem-solving wizard, breaking down complex challenges into clear, actionable steps.
• You're a data guru, leveraging tools like Excel, Looker, and Power BI to power your insights.
• You thrive in ambiguity, taking charge and blazing your own trail without waiting for instructions.
• You're a maestro at managing cross-functional projects, getting everyone on board, and driving engagement and efficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
