As a member of Benchmarking and Pricing Insights, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing both Customer and Seller Experience by identifying blind spots and improving the overall shopping and selling journey on Amazon.

Additionally, they must be skilled in crafting compelling business documents and driving outcomes for senior leadership at Amazon. The ability to influence across functions and levels within the organization is essential for success in this role.

Planning and working across cross-functional stakeholders on Seller research needed to deliver insights about Seller needs and priorities
Contribute to content projects such as intellectual capital/thought leadership pieces, executive-level communications
Proven strong written and verbal skills; ability to turn complex concepts into easy-to-understand resources.

Key job responsibilities
• Experience of managing complex business processes at scale.
• Drive end-to-end high impact and high visibility programs that impact pricing and hence customer experience on Amazon
• Good on communication and influencing skills with an ability to deal with a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in defining, developing and using metrics to drive the vision and manage the business.
• Analyze data and dive deep into processes to derive insights for enhancing systems
• Ability to lead not only at the strategic level, but also tactically day-to-day by diving deeply into business and technical domains.
• Liaise with tech, product, ops and category teams to ensure timely deliverables for key projects
• Ability to work effectively & independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Write compelling business documents and drive outcomes for senior leadership at Amazon
- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
