Flex is seeking a Lead Product Manager to spearhead our Partners team, focusing on creating efficient and innovative integrations with partners. In this role, you will lead efforts to improve existing integrations and develop new ones, driving metrics related to B2B growth. Your role is pivotal in introducing new opportunities to achieve Flex's goals, working closely with Engineering and Go-To-Market teams to drive initiatives and achieve objectives. This position offers the chance to make a substantial impact on Flex's partner ecosystem and overall growth.
This is a hybrid position with on-site expectations of 3 days per week in our New York Headquarters. For candidates outside of the NY/NJ area, you may be eligible for our relocation assistance program.
The compensation range for this role will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and Flex's internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks.
For working locations in NY/NJ/CA, the base salary pay range will be $239,000 - $262,000
