The Customer Service Worldwide Defect Elimination (WWDE) Organization drives Amazon to provide excellent customer experiences by remediating issues in real-time, reducing defective products and purchasing experiences, and enabling others through our suite of Voice of the Customer tools. We build strategic technology and services used by multiple Amazon groups that allow us to rapidly remediate customer issues in real-time, and identify defects post customer contacts to resolve the issues across Amazon. To expand and innovate on this vision, WWDE is seeking a passionate, customer obsessed, Product Manager to manage tooling for bulk customer resolutions.
Key job responsibilities
As a Sr. Product Manager you will lead requirements gathering, prioritization of feature development, and own driving both the product and program. You will partner with business teams, leaders, engineering teams, scientists, and business intelligence analysts in an agile development environment to launch new features and experiences. Other key responsibilities include monitoring the execution of the project, providing project progress to stakeholders, and ensuring appropriate levels of product quality and performance.

The Sr. Product Manager needs to be an owner of their portfolio; making strategic product decisions grounded in data. Youβll need to dive deep to form an exciting roadmap that will drive improvements to customer experiences.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
