Streaming live events brings unique challenges, as millions of fans join our broadcasts in a short space of time. We are looking for a senior backend software engineer who is passionate about building a modern, scalable and resilient platform and pushes the boundaries on playback excellence. This is a backend team that is part of the Streaming organisation. They are responsible for the LIVE and VOD video pipeline.  The team own multiple services; a scheduling service for DAZN’s Headend, an orchestration service that drives VOD content through Bitmovin’s encoding platform and a core producer of DAZN’s metadata for Live events.
