About the team
Growth Marketing is a team of performance-driven marketers and channel specialists. We partner closely with growth, creative, analytics and regional marketing to drive revenue through self-serve and sales motions. We work globally, across all Stripe offerings and with all company segments - from startups to the largest enterprises.
What you’ll do
As a Performance Marketing Campaign Manager, you will play a critical role in improving the ROI and performance of our paid digital campaigns. Your focus will be on optimizing campaigns that support our self-serve and sales efforts. By leveraging analytics and performance insights, you will ensure that our digital campaigns are performing effectively, driving demand, and contributing to revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing team’s regional channel leads and broader Growth Marketing teams to enhance our paid media efforts through data-driven insights and campaign management.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Optimizations: support regional channel leads with campaign measurement, and optimization. Ensure campaigns are aligned with performance targets to generate and accelerate the sales pipeline and overall company revenue.
- Campaign Analysis: Analyze and assess the effectiveness of paid campaigns. Advocate for reallocating budget towards high-performing campaigns and identify underperforming areas for improvement.
- Optimization Plans: Proactively identify weaknesses in the current paid program and develop actionable plans to address these areas, enhancing overall campaign performance.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics (such as Suspects, MQLs, SQOs, Signups, Go-lives, pipeline, and revenue) and report on campaign performance regularly to stakeholders. Provide actionable insights to enhance overall effectiveness.
- Market Optimization: Focus on uncovering and analyzing local market performance trends to enhance overall campaign effectiveness. Monitor local campaigns closely and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization and testing to achieve better results.
Who you are

Minimum requirements
- 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in paid digital and direct response.
- Expertise in being able to execute across multiple ad platforms: e.g. Meta, LinkedIn, Google, Bing, Display ad platforms
- Have paid digital acumen and a foundation on best practices (targeting, ad formats, optimization levers) and growth marketing concepts (attribution, incrementality)
- Advanced analytical skills; ability to analyze trends and decipher actionable insights from data
- Self starter; ability to juggle and drive multiple workstreams forward with minimal oversight
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with overseas teams
- Experience with SQL and/or data visualization tools
Preferred qualifications
- 10+ years of work experience
- 10+ years of paid digital experience, preferably in paid social/display/search and direct response.
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience
