PBMS Finance is seeking a Finance Manager to lead our cross-channel Cost to Serve (CTS) capabilities. This role will be responsible for owning and developing central CTS datasets in collaboration with the SPS FIA team, including feature additions, use case approvals, and stakeholder request management. The ideal candidate will drive collaboration with FBA Finance on CTS Monthly Business Reviews, providing crucial data insights and analytical support. They will also partner closely with FBA Business and Data Science teams on attribution modeling initiatives using HCP CTS data, and lead the extension of FBA Cost to Serve frameworks to Retail channels.

A day in the life
A typical day involves managing data systems that support Net PPM and CPLF bridging, while collaborating with finance, business, and technical teams. The role requires reconciling HCP data, overseeing the 'Golden Dataset', and supporting FBA Finance on CTS MBR. This position navigates complex formulas and systems to deliver insights, support monthly reporting, and implement new features. Key responsibilities include resolving shipping cost mismatches, partnering on attribution modeling, and coordinating with Global Financial Services. The role also supports benchmarking, legal requests, and leads Kairos revenue recognition alignment.
About the team
The Profitability and Business Metrics Services Finance team is part of SPS finance. This team was established to reduce the significant amount of manual effort spent by the WW Stores finance community and drive centralization and standardization of tools and processes.- 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience- 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
- 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
- MBA, or CPA
- Knowledge of SQL/ETL
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
- Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $85,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,500/year in our highest geographic market.
