The Analysts on the team partner with business and product functions on their analytics requirements end-to-end and work together on bringing the teams' vision to life. Along with conducting deep-dive analysis to uncover key insights, the team works towards building scalable data solutions so data is democratised and insight discovery is quick and seamless.
Ownership and Stakeholder Engagement - Lead the analytics efforts and outcomes for your business area. Partner with business and product leaders to devise and execute on analytics strategy to drive team and company goals.
Data Analysis and Reporting - Analyse large datasets to provide actionable insights. Develop and maintain performant and scalable dashboards that support teams in decision-making and achieving operational excellence. Conduct adhoc analysis to do deep-dives and validate hypotheses.
Mentorship - Lead junior analysts on the team, contribute to their professional and technical growth. Contribute to overall team success by building a strong culture of inquisitiveness and continuous learning.
Data Modelling - Design and build robust data models and data dictionary for your domain that can help answer a wide range of questions aiding with self-serve discovery and faster delivery of insights.
Cross-functional collaboration - Collaborate with other Postmanauts, both within the data team and outside to solve business problems, be it to gather and prioritise requirements, overcome technical challenges or more generally to gain domain understanding.
Effective Communication - Package and communicate findings and recommendations to a broad audience (including senior leadership). Distill insights from complex analyses through effective story-telling.
Central Team responsibilities - Being a part of the Central data teams comes with the responsibility of devising, building and maintaining centralised resources and data infrastructure to continuously enhance data-consumer experience and improve analyst productivity.
You have 6+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or a similar role
