What you will do

• Independently design, develop, test and document moderately complex software systems and applications.
• Collaborate with analysts, peers and other stakeholders on projects to develop highly complex systems.
• Estimate software development tasks within predictable variances, ensuring alignment with specified functional and business requirements.
• Handle multiple priorities and interruptions in DevOps environment and prioritize their own work while taking team and business needs into account.
• Write end-to-end automated tests to provide code coverage for business-critical components.
• Ensure quality, performance and adherence to established specifications.
• Envision innovating disruptive technologies, sell your ideas and collaborate with in-house experts to bring your vision to life.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies.
• Must have excellent technical communication skills.

 What is required for application

 Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Prior experience (08+ years) in a Software Engineering position building front-end web applications using data-binding frameworks
• Professional development experience in developing web applications using modern JS frameworks like  Vue.js (must have) and its core principles (AngularJS or React).
• Experience developing applications based on RESTful APIs
• Understanding of microservices technologies (HTTP, REST, Swagger and JSON).
• Experience building systems for cloud environment (AWS, Azure, tec.) and integrating with many cloud based services
• Knowledge of performance tuning and large scale engineering challenges.
• Knowledge of best practices for software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build process, testing and operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues in a full-stack environment.

Preferred

• Experience in Agile software development methodology: Scrum, Kanban, etc.
• Familiarity with deploying and maintaining applications running in the AWS cloud and tools such as puppet, terraform, and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with at least one of the CRMs like Salesforce, Clio and Zendesk
• Familiarity with high-level programming languages like JavaScript, Ruby, or Python
• Familiarity with Angular, Web Components, PWA, Web Extensions, and Service Workers
