Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in digital advertising sales, platform sales, product marketing, or product/project management.
  • Experience in marketing with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and third-party measurement and App platforms.
  • Experience in video, display, app, and social advertising solutions.
  • Experience working for or with agencies.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and organizations.
  • Ability to build and develop customer relationships and present solutions, win in engaged sales situations.

Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

In this role, you will cultivate agency speaking opportunities, joint development, article development, etc. You will also lead Agency Events / Summits (e.g., Futures Summit, Level UP) to participate in industry events (e.g., speaking opportunities).

We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

  • Build relationships with Agency C-Level (Programmatic, Ad Ops), to unlock opportunities to drive programmatic media growth and GMP tech adoption.
  • Create and Maintain relationships and closely collaborate with agency decision-maker to drive growth opportunities.
  • Lead responses for inbound Agency RFP/RFI and communications around marketing issues or messaging around bugs.
  • Cultivate the sales pipeline for assigned priority accounts (whales, engaged selling opportunities).
  • Scaled and Prio account pitches (i.e. Upfront, Unification pitch in partnership with the video team or Pod).
