Successful candidates have a strong background in video advertising and measurement. Ideal candidates are familiar with Joint Industry Committees and underlying tech, have worked with them in the past to help drive advertiser decisions, and are comfortable working across multiple international locales. Strong candidates will demonstrate impeccable written and verbal communication skills, strong ability to influence using data, and an ability to solve complex multi-stakeholder problems. Candidates will be passionate about delivering extensible, on-time solutions that navigate multiple points of view and cultural contexts to address stakeholder needs. - Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience in technical product management, program management or engineering
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience working in multiple locales and countries.- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
- Experience with advertising third party measurement and/or Joint Industry Committees.
