The Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) team is seeking a highly motivated data-driven Program Manager to drive inventory management excellence for our sellers. A successful Program Manager must have strong analytical abilities, relationship building and communication skills, an ability to work under tight deadlines, track record of delivering results and be an independent self-starter.
FBA is built around Amazonโs world class capability in ordering, fulfillment, transportation and Customer service. By leveraging our current scale and supply chain, FBA can provide a low-cost alternative for fulfillment and enable third party selling partners to rapidly grow their business. The FBA Supply Chain team is responsible for the success of our selling partners by providing innovative solutions for operations, processes, inventory management and the inbounding experience.

Key job responsibilities
- Own programs, processes and systems that improve inventory health and capacity management by working with cross functional teams including sales, category leads and marketing.
- Establish and own business metrics and driving initiatives to ensure goals are achieved.
- Analyze/interpret data to identify opportunities/trends, optimise processes and drive improvement in business performance.
- Monitor inventory to identify slow-moving, overstock or obsolete items.
- Audit, hold other internal teams accountable through metrics, meetings, processes (e.g. SOPs or automation) and effectively communicate with key stakeholders.
- Partner with product and marketing to drive adoption of seller tools designed to optimize inventory health.
- Deliver inbound/removal operational excellence by driving continuous improvement initiatives, working with operations and supply chain teams. - 4+ years of program or project management experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Strong data analysis skills โ experience gathering, analysing, interpreting and drawing conclusions from data and demonstrated problem solving ability, with high attention to detail.- 4+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- Experience with analytical tools such as data warehouse tables: Quicksight / Tableau
