The IT Administrator - Sourcing & Legal will administer operations for all Sourcing and Legal Systems. This includes configuring workflows and business rules, ensuring data integrity and accuracy, performing system upgrades and enhancements, and providing ongoing support to a global user base.

We're looking for an experienced IT Administrator - Sourcing & Legal reporting to Senior Manager of Finance Applications. you will be responsible for:

  • Own the integrity of all configurations and integrations
  • Resolve both platform level and user level issues
  • Perform maintenance and updates to all owned platforms
  • Configure and maintain approval workflows
  • Configure and enforce buying and travel policies
  • Create and maintain technical system documentation
  • Contribute to peer design and code reviews
  • Partner with the Senior BSA for any ongoing changes to the platforms
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve business workflow with technology
  • Enhance the mobile experience for Coupa users

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 3+ years of experience running production support for Business Applications at a publicly traded company
  • Experience with: Coupa, Navan, NetSuite, and any well-known Contract Lifecycle Management suite
  • Provide production support for the following Coupa modules: Procure to Pay, Expense, Coupa Pay, Risk & Performance, InvoiceSmash, Platform Standard

What We're Looking for (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Coupa certification
  • Experience in AppZen, NetSuite, ServiceNow, Snowflake, and Tableau
  • In addition to Coupa, provide production support for AppZen, Navan, and a CLM platform (not yet chosen)
