Digital Marketing Manager
As a Digital Marketing Manager at Blueshift, you will develop and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies. You are also a talented writer who is analytical-minded. You are equally comfortable with digital search and social media marketing, be it paid or organic.
You are a detail-oriented self-starter who takes ownership of your job responsibilities and can communicate effectively with teammates and customers. This role will report to the Director of Marketing Campaigns. You work best in a bold, work-hard, play-hard environment. You are adept at setting organisational key performance metrics, using analytics for decision-making, and enjoy team mentorship, camaraderie, and multitasking, all while working in a fun fast-growing environment. Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee a digital marketing strategy across all channels, including email, social media, PPC, and display advertising.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive and effective digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for website landing pages.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing content and campaigns, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Write emails for email nurture for prospects
- Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate funds wisely to maximize ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, potential new channels, and strategies to keep us ahead, including digital marketing tools and platform updates.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports for management stakeholders.
- Optimize website content for search engines and lead generation.
- Contribute to developing and refining the brand's voice and online presence.
- Knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and optimizing content for maximum engagement is essential.
A successful Digital Marketing Manager should be able to provide support with the following:
- Email marketing: Utilize your strong writing capabilities to create compelling emails, newsletters, and other short-form content to engage our audience and increase leads.
- SEM: Implement and manage SEM campaigns to increase online visibility and lead generation and suggest changes for increasing search engine ranking, click-throughs, or conversions. Monitor and optimize website performance through Google Search Console. Identify and resolve technical issues affecting search engine rankings.
- Website and CRO: Collaborate with the web development team to optimize the company website and content for user experience, engagement, lead conversion, and search engine visibility. Oversee the development of landing pages for marketing campaigns.
- Analytics and Reporting: Gathers and evaluates digital analytics and metrics to be used for market site enhancements and to leverage optimization of all digital programs. Creates analytical reports on campaign performance, to present to senior management and the corporate marketing team.
- Utilize Google Analytics and other analytics tools to track and analyze website traffic and user behavior. Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and make data-driven recommendations.
- LinkedIn Advertising and Social Media: Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn organic and paid campaigns to target B2B audiences. Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Google Ads and Pay-Per-Click (PPC): Manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and performance analysis. Implement and optimize PPC campaigns to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
- Retargeting: Develop and implement strategies to re-engage website visitors and enhance conversion rates. Utilize various platforms for retargeting, including social media and display advertising.
- Agency partnership: Ability to work cooperatively with our agency and vendors to produce the most effective, creative, relevant content that results in our targeted outcomes.
Requirements
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing with a focus on the specified areas and 5 years in B2B marketing, in general.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices.
- Demonstrated strong English writing skills.
- Exceptional copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience managing and optimizing SEM strategies across search, video, and social media platforms.
- Experience in email marketing, and social media.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on the effectiveness of digital strategies and data-driven thinking.
- Google Ad Words and LinkedIn paid experience strongly desired.
- Proven proficiency in the English language.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Good to Have
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar tools.
- Proven track record of implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.
