About the Role

Glassdoor is in search of a contract (12-month) SEO Product Manager to join the SEO team in the Product Management practice. This is a 12-month contract opportunity and in this role, you will play a pivotal part in improving Glassdoor organic consumer acquisition and user engagement metrics, leading to improved user experience that in turn improves SEO. Reporting directly to the Lead SEO Analyst, the contract SEO Product Manager will act as a key cross-functional collaborator. In this role, you will closely engage with the consumer-facing Product teams.

What You’ll Do

  • This is an individual contributor role (no people management experience necessary).
  • Growth expert in the organic acquisition realm. Candidates do not need Paid acquisition experience.
  • Use Jira processes and assist with project brief writing for the team.
  • Develop strategies as well as own tactical projects in collaboration with partner Product teams. Has both strategic and tactical mindsets.
  • Candidates need to have Product Management and SEO experience
  • The ideal candidate has recent experience working on social/community products.
  • Identifies potential SEO-focused growth opportunities through data-driven analysis and insights.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments.
  • Evaluates results of experiments and drives iterative product changes as needed.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years experience in Product Management and/or Growth Marketing, and Project Management
  • 3+ years experience in SEO
  • Excellent attention to detail, savvy with project management systems
  • Experience with analytics platforms Amplitude preferred, GA4 or Tableau
  • Experience with project management platforms such as Jira
  • Ability to connect the needs of SEO recommendations with engineering requirements
  • Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills, ability to develop a narrative and provide key insights
  • A commitment to add to our culture of DEI

Compensation:

Hourly range: $40.00 - $55.00

Being a remote-first company, Glassdoor employees can live anywhere Glassdoor is a registered company. Requests to move must be approved by an employee’s manager and the People team.
