Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in any of the following fields: media, marketing, brand management, or advertising sales.
  • 6 years of sales experience in a specific vertical industry as Sales: Finance, Telecom, Technology, Auto, or Retail.
  • 3 years of management experience in a sales organization or related field.
  • Sales experience building and maintaining relationships with executive-level clients across various industries.
  • Experience with effective sales/operations management and strategic planning.
  • Knowledge of the Financial Services industry.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

  • Lead the Sales team and unite cross-functional talent to deliver insights, ideas, and customer service that drive growth for both our customers and Google.
  • Cultivate and develop C-level relationships. Take ownership for growing, accelerating, and expanding these critical businesses. Analyze data trends and performance, formulate strategic business plans, and lead the preparation and delivery of strategic business presentations and narratives.
  • Build team strategy and ensure appropriate resource allocation, manage the progress of team sales activities, develop highly accurate sales forecasts, and manage the team towards achieving goals.
  • Partner with leaders of other teams to develop thought leadership that strengthens teams across Large Customer Sales (LCS) as a whole.
  • Attract, develop, and retain excellent talent in all roles across the entire team.
