- Recruit, retain, motivate and develop a client-facing and performing sales team.
- Deliver against ambitious business product goals, grow engagement and client satisfaction for a portfolio of small businesses in an assigned market.
- Analyze data, trends, and client performance with the teams to develop plans for customers while tracking activity and provide detailed data analysis weekly, driving consistent Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tracking.
