People & Culture Compliance forms part of the People & Culture team and is directly responsible for managing all compliance-related efforts relating to People & Culture. This role is responsible for creating and maintaining policies and facilitates the review and documentation of employment compliance initiatives to support proactive planning and stakeholder engagement, and plays a key role in People & Culture Knowledge Management. Including the oversight and administration of health and safety programming following established company policies and applicable legal requirements.
This is a six month contract opportunity.
