Advertising Sales Manager, Spain (8 Months contract)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Advertising Sales Manager to cover a 8-month fixed-term contract as part of a maternity leave. This role focuses on driving new business development in the Spanish and Portuguese markets. You will be responsible for identifying and prospecting new accounts, both with agencies and direct clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategy for new business acquisition and growth in Spain and Portugal.
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new advertising clients,
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within prospective client organizations.
  • Collaborate closely with the broader sales team to align strategies and leverage opportunities for cross-selling.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to tailor solutions to prospective clients' needs, enhancing their understanding of Taboola's value.
  • Provide consistent feedback on the market demand and product development opportunities to internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the adtech or media industry, with a strong background in sales and business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving new business growth.
  • Proficient in Spanish and English; Portuguese language skills are a plus.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and leveraging new business opportunities.
