About the Role
A fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing, high-performing, collaborative sales team, supporting the largest companies to solve some of their biggest challenges around diversity and demand for key IT skills to support their growth.
As an Inside Sales Exec you will be responsible for identifying and generating new sales opportunities to support the rapid growth of mthree. In this role, you will be critical to the continued expansion of the business, whilst also building your own personal sales skills to progress into more senior commercial roles within the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Growth: Identify and generate new sales opportunities through outbound lead generation and targeted outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers: Partner to create outreach programs, represent mthree at industry events, and establish strong client relationships to support long-term growth.
- Client Support: Help clients address diversity and IT skill requirements, fostering partnerships that support mutual expansion.
- Research and Record-Keeping: Conduct research on potential clients to tailor outreach and track all sales activities in Salesforce to maintain accurate records.
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed targets consistently while building sales skills, including pitching and relationship-building, to advance within the company.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Lead Generation: Drive outbound lead generation to reach new potential clients.
- Targeted Outreach: Collaborate with Business Development Managers to develop customized outreach programs.
- Research: Research prospective clients to enhance engagement strategies.
- Representation: Attend conferences and networking events to represent mthree and build brand visibility.
- Exceeding Targets: Consistently deliver on targets and hone sales skills in pitching, questioning, and CRM management (Salesforce) for continuous professional growth.
Essential Skills
- No prior experience required; we will provide comprehensive training.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, professional and confident, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal skills; able to communicate effectively with people at all levels, both in person and over the phone.
- Strong people skills with the ability to connect with others and maintain good relationships.
Desirable Skills
- Any relevant sales experience. Experience with competitive sports (junior level is acceptable).
- Familiarity with social media platforms (such as LinkedIn). Knowledge of CRM software, such as Salesforce.
