As the Senior Program Manager for Recruiter Enablement and Adoption, you will be responsible for building and owning an initiative to improve the overall recruiter enablement through the effective use of marketing resources. You will deeply understand the recruiting journey by creating a comprehensive recruiter journey map, and then work closely with the marketing team to develop solutions that enhance recruiter enablement and the candidate experience.


Key job responsibilities
- Build and maintain a detailed recruiter journey map to provide TA stakeholders with a visual representation of the marketing resources available at each stage of the recruiting process
- Identify gaps in the current recruiter enablement offerings and work with the marketing team to develop solutions to address those gaps
- Drive broad adoption of the marketing resources among the global recruiter community, tracking usage and reporting on the impact
- Work closely with the broader PM community within the WWAS TA organization to understand their challenges and help implement enablement solutions
- Establish a network of key POCs embedded within each TA vertical to serve as partners for promoting awareness and adoption of the marketing resources
- Collect feedback and insights from the POC network to inform the continuous improvement of recruiter enablement offerings

About the team
The Amazon Stores Talent Acquisition Marketing, AMER (Marketing) is dedicated to enable Talent Acquisition teams across Operations, Consumer and G&A in the Americas.
Our main role is to enable TA teams to reach and engage with potential candidates by providing resources to learn about their audience and how to reach them, while proactively building marketing programs to fuel the talent pipeline. We manage programs across employer brand and recruitment marketing to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience while empowering recruiters to improve awareness of and consideration for the roles they support.- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives and delivering results
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience creating journey maps and developing data-driven solutions
- Passion for improving the recruiter and candidate experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
