Location : Bangalore

Role : Right Angle Support Specialist 

Exp : 2-10 years

JD/Skills-

  • Deep experience in Right Angle, with expertise in setting up key modules such as deal capture, reference data, invoicing, and settlement.
  • Proficient in Openlink \ Right Angle API and internal workings, using them for issue analysis and developing custom reports/views.
  • Strong functional and technical understanding of Gas, Power, Coal, Emission/renewable trading.
  • Must have end-to-end implementations for a commodity in past.
  • Solid knowledge and hands-on experience for over 6 years in C#, Java core, Oracle, and SQL Server (PL/SQL, T-SQL), including data modeling.
  • Deep understanding of object-oriented development.
  • Experience with SQL Server Reporting (SSRS) and Crystal Report.
  • Skilled in eliciting functional requirements, converting them to technical specifications, implementing requirements on the Endur \ Right Angle platform, testing, and providing release support for implementations.
  • Highly proficient in developing data migration and data conversion SQL scripts.
  • Excellent debugging skills.
  • Active participation in CTRM software implementations, upgrades, and enhancement projects, contributing technical expertise and efforts, including creating extensions, performing systems integrations, conducting data migration or conversion, class event upgrades, and developing reports as needed.
  • Regular communication of progress to team leads or project managers.

Collaborative work with onshore support teams to manage batch support of jobs, ensuring the smooth flow of data from input to delivery for end consumers.
