About the Role

We are looking for Specialist-Training to drive the company's wide objectives achievement & implement cadences & strategies which will directly impact the top & the bottom line.

Training Specialist is an individual with strong experience in how a business is run, how data-driven decision-making is done, and how efficient processes are created. You’ll be working closely with the Operations Team and the leadership to devise data-driven strategies, roll out training programs, and improve process efficiency. The oversight and coordination aspects of the role give it a unique left-to-right view across the business.. For this role, you need to be a creative and a quantitative thinker. You will be liaising with department heads and their reporters to discuss the progress on their goals, highlight the deviations, prepare solutions, and monitor progress on the next steps.

Drive process optimization across functions, drive leadership decision making through data analysis and financial models, create & deliver presentations to C-Suite, enhance existing operating model of CS and program manage initiatives E2E. Set and govern OKRs and targets

A Day in the Life

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute Tech Transformation function’s operational strategy to support growth and scalability.
  • Training: Focus on training, roll out programs and drive for completion across all functions.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement operational efficiencies, streamlining workflows and resource allocation.
  • Data Analytics: Draw insights from unorganized data and leverage those to make informed decisions and drive operational improvements.
  • Strategic Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills for effectively conveying operational insights and strategies to the leadership team.
  • Delivery Management: Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance service delivery, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Capacity Planning and Management: Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning to meet project demands
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments on common projects, to ensure alignment of business objectives and smooth operations.
  • Resource Management: Oversee onboarding and maximum utilization of resources across projects.

What You Need

  • A Bachelor’s Degree and an MBA
  • 2 years of management consulting experience required
  • High attention to detail, analytical, and are process-driven
  • Proven track record of successfully optimizing operations, achieving efficiency, and improving service quality.
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for effective engagement with the C-suite.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • A positive attitude, a collaborative spirit, and a strong desire to achieve their goals
  • Tech-savvy and willing to get scrappy and manual if needed
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, MS Excel, and working knowledge of Salesforce, Power BI and JIRA
  • Experience in Customer Success and/or in a SaaS startup. Experience in the Healthcare Tech industry is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and have a stellar work ethic with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Creative and solution-oriented thinking, detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Experience working with international projects and stakeholders
