We are looking for Specialist-Training to drive the company's wide objectives achievement & implement cadences & strategies which will directly impact the top & the bottom line.
Training Specialist is an individual with strong experience in how a business is run, how data-driven decision-making is done, and how efficient processes are created. You’ll be working closely with the Operations Team and the leadership to devise data-driven strategies, roll out training programs, and improve process efficiency. The oversight and coordination aspects of the role give it a unique left-to-right view across the business.. For this role, you need to be a creative and a quantitative thinker. You will be liaising with department heads and their reporters to discuss the progress on their goals, highlight the deviations, prepare solutions, and monitor progress on the next steps.
Drive process optimization across functions, drive leadership decision making through data analysis and financial models, create & deliver presentations to C-Suite, enhance existing operating model of CS and program manage initiatives E2E. Set and govern OKRs and targets
