The Role
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results for our enterprise and self service software products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to optimise campaigns across various channels, including PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing, and more. Your role will be critical in increasing our market share, driving high-quality leads, and maximising ROI.

- We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through data-driven marketing strategies.
Key responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage multi-channel global performance marketing campaigns, including paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, retargeting, and email marketing, to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Data Analysis & Optimization: Use analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of campaigns. Optimise campaigns continuously to improve KPIs such as CAC, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets across different marketing channels to ensure cost-effective spending and maximum ROI.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design and execute A/B tests and other experiments to determine the effectiveness of different campaign elements, including creatives, landing pages, and messaging.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and product launches. Ensure clear communication of campaign performance and insights to stakeholders.
- Lead Nurturing: Develop and implement lead nurturing strategies that move prospects through the sales funnel and drive conversions, including the use of marketing automation tools.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and dashboards on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required skills:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in performance marketing on a global scale, preferably within the enterprise software or technology sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant digital marketing platforms. Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot and CRM systems).
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- SEO Knowledge: Solid understanding of SEO best practices and experience in implementing effective SEO strategies.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
