Amazon Reverse Logistics is an electronics processing, reuse, and recycling company that works to extend the life of used electronic equipment through reuse, repair, and recycling; providing IT Asset Disposition services to other Amazon companies with a specialization in the handling of valuable electronic equipment that was originally used in data centers. Amazon Reverse Logistics is looking for a talented, driven, and highly organized Program Manager who will focus on developing the strategic roadmap of the program. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the development and expansion of the program's intake mechanism as well as acting as the key point of contract for business expansion opportunities. Your primary goal will be to understand customer requests and work with internal stakeholders to develop scalable solutions. This effort will entail, intake mechanism development, customer requirement capture, solutioning, risk assessment, and financial ROI analysis. The PM will play a critical part in assessing how to prioritize projects and gaining internal approvals. Once projects are approved the PM will support onboarding and project oversight to maintain scheduling commitments, budget considerations, and meet the objectives outlined by stakeholders. This includes partnership with internal operations and systems/technical teams to develop scalable processes, KPI metrics, developing monthly business reviews that drive progress on project goals, understanding of operational process and program objectives/SLAs, and customer centricity to drive adoption and expansion. The role plays a critical part in ensuring strategic commitments are made and critical parts can be dispositioned expeditiously. Clear written and verbal communication with an understanding how to develop focused metrics to drive accountability and expedite execution is a must.

As a Program Manger, you find clear paths through roadblocks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints. You will have an ability to take large, complex programs and break them down into manageable pieces, develop functional and technical user stories, then deliver them in a successful and timely manner. Maturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical thinking and leadership are essential to success in this role.

Key job responsibilities
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, and resource efficiency measurements.
• Working on a diverse project portfolio supporting sustainability and recovery initiatives and strategy.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, including Operations, Commercials, Customer, Environmental, and Finance leadership. Regularly communicate project status, milestones, and risks, and address any concerns or feedback in a timely manner.
• Coordination of global monthly business reviews with associated metrics and narrative including document writing and presentations to influence necessary business actions benefiting program adoption and further global expansion.
• Partnership with reporting teams to develop new reporting & metrics to monitor efficiencies and SLA commitments.

• Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
