A World-Changing Company

Palantir builds the world’s leading software for data-driven decisions and operations. By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more.

The Role

The Privacy and Civil Liberties (PCL) Engineering team is a mission-driven interdisciplinary team of Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Lawyers, and Applied Ethicists. The goal of the PCL team is to design, build, and deploy privacy-protective technologies and to foster a culture of responsibility around their development and use. Our team has deep expertise in privacy law and technology ethics, and PCL engineers translate legal and ethical requirements into software solutions.

The software that you build will directly help our customers, across industries and geographies, better meet their regulatory and ethical obligations. As part of this role, you will collaborate with technical and non-technical teammates to understand our customer’s problems as well as the latest trends in policy and regulation in order to build practical solutions for privacy and Responsible AI challenges.
